What do you do on a day-to-day basis at your job? Responsibilities range from planning for Infection Control (healthcare construction), coordinating MEP and Area shutdowns, solving field obstacles with the superintendent, and helping the project manager with logistics.
How did you arrive at your current position? What was your professional or career path? I study civil engineering at Marquette University. While looking for a summer internship, construction piqued my interest. Once I was able to get an internship with Boldt, I realized construction was the right industry and returned for a second summer.
What is the best part about your job? My role changes daily depending on the progress of the project. Every day looks different, there are always new problems to tackle.

What do you do on a day-to-day basis at your job? Project Managers are responsible for coordinating and supervising work from the start of a project until the end. Ensuring schedule, budget, and quality expectations are all met for the job.
How did you arrive at your current position? What was your professional or career path? I started Boldt my sophomore year of college as a Field Engineer intern. After being emersed in the world of construction, I was hooked. Since, I have run several healthcare projects and taken on new responsibilities as a Project Manager.
What is the best part about your job? The best parts of my job are learning from the skilled trade professionals and seeing how appreciative the user group is for their new space.
