How did you arrive at your current position? What was your professional or career path? I moved to Milwaukee looking for a position working in a laboratory. At Radius I started as a Lab Technician, progressed to a Quality Lead and moved into a leadership role called Quality and Food Safety Engineer.
What is the best part about your job? Being put in a position to enable and support our quality members to be successful.

What do you do on a day-to-day basis at your job? Introduce myself to the new members and set them up with someone to shadow. I help the packers with cleaning and help the operators with their scheduled breaks.
How did you arrive at your current position? What was your professional or career path? I started in quality and saw a new position open for Lead Packaging Technician. I was interested in working in leadership with my fellow packers. I’ve been in the lead packaging role for about 2-3 years now.
What is the best part about your job? To come to work and see all the employees that I consider my family.
