What do you do on a day-to-day basis at your job? I work with a cross-functional team of PFlow owners and my team of designers, creating general arrangement drawings to accurately depict how our equipment fits into each customer’s unique site.
How did you arrive at your current position? What was your professional or career path? I was referred by a PFlow employee, and started here as a project engineer, handling the details for our standard lifts then taking on more complicated projects. That led to my current position, where I’m involved earlier in projects and exposed to a wider range of interactions with other departments.
What is the best part about your job? Developing solutions to the challenges presented to Engineering and working with people who are united in working toward a common goal and want each other to succeed.

What do you do on a day-to-day basis at your job? I start each morning by evaluating the parts and prints needed for the day. Once all the resources are gathered I am able to begin fabrication.
How did you arrive at your current position? What was your professional or career path? PFlow is my first welding job since receiving my degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College. PFlow is a great place to further my welding knowledge.
What is the best part about your job? The opportunity to improve and grow within PFlow. Since starting, I have worked in 3 different departments, each of which helped me develop a wide variety of skills that will continue to help me grow in my career as a welder.
