What do you do on a day-to-day basis at your job? I work with Customer Service, Order Processing, and the Production/Shop supervisors to schedule orders in need of manufacturing based on the dates required by our contractors.
How did you arrive at your current position? What was your professional or career path? I worked at an executive level in Commercial Real Estate for 13 years and desired a position where I could use my knowledge and skillsets to enhance my career. At MTL Holdings, I am able to use both my professional and manufacturing background.
What is the best part about your job? I enjoy the people I work with on a daily basis and the challenges that come with being a Production Scheduler.

Education/Certification: Graduated from WCTC, Certified Welding Technician
What do you do on a day-to-day basis at your job? A big part of my day is devoted to making sure people are safe and productive. Tasks include order tracing, problem-solving, and managing employee performance.
How did you arrive at your current position? What was your professional or career path? After a few years in a TIG welding position, I ventured out into the shop to operate other machines, after gaining experience I moved into an assistant supervisor position before my current role.
What is the best part about your job? The best part of my job is developing individuals. Whether it’s training others or listening to people when they want to be heard, there is always something to do!
