What do you do on a day-to-day basis at your job? I am a small parts receiving/shipping specialist. I ship and receive small parts that go to our customers, pick and stage orders that other branches need.
How did you arrive at your current position? What was your professional or career path? There was a program where we could work, receive credits and get paid. I Got hired in the warehouse and started driving forklifts, picking orders, and receiving parts, and helping customers. I was then promoted to receiving/shipping specialist.
What is the best part about your job? My favorite part of working here is the people. My coworkers here in Plymouth are like my second family.

What do you do on a day-to-day basis at your job? I oversee distribution procedures, keep track of timetables, costs, budgets, and manage the Larson fleet. I collaborate with management to develop, prep, and implement safety policies and procedures. Lastly, I ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws, regulations, codes and rules.
How did you arrive at your current position? What was your professional or career path? I started as a rig driver in 1989, and was promoted to Distribution Supervisor in 2007, then Distribution, Fleet & Safety Manager in 2012, and Director of Distribution, Logistics, Fleet & Safety in 2018.
What is the best part about your job? Mentoring reports, team development, challenging dist. team to improve processes, supporting internal customers, being a value to customers growth, making safety part of company culture.
