In my current role as leased labor talent partner, I coordinate staffing for field and office positions with temporary employees by con-ducting interviews, building relationships with other FTI employees as well as contracted employ-ees/agencies, data tracking and attending career fairs.
How did you arrive at your current position? What was your professional or career path?
I started with FTI in June 2017 as a helper and began the apprenticeship program in October 2017, working in the field as an apprentice for 4 years. I completed the apprenticeship program in March of 2021 and became an interim journeyman and still plan to get my journeyman license. In January 2022 I accepted a new role as a leased labor talent partner and am looking forward to applying my field experience and advancing my career in an office setting.
What is the best part about your job?
Building relationships with co-workers, opportunity to work remotely, getting to learn more about the company and about other roles across the organization.
