What do you do on a day-to-day basis at your job? With focus on new product development, my team is responsible for establishing new, advanced manufacturing processes and acting as the engineering representatives between design and production of new product innovation.
How did you arrive at your current position? What was your professional or career path? I’m passionate about process improvement and the technology and innovation that goes into water meter manufacturing. Due to company growth and expansion, an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering group was established, and I was promoted to manager.
What is the best part about your job? I feel valued and empowered playing an instrumental role in the future of our engineering processes and the impact it has on our organization.

What do you do on a day-to-day basis at your job? I create new business accounts, sales orders, bid documents and pricing structures, as well as liaison with our engineers to develop certified test files for customers.
How did you arrive at your current position? What was your professional or career path? I’ve previously worked in retail and always enjoyed working with customers. After college I was hired as a Customer Service Representative and have since been promoted twice to my current role as Senior Inside Sales Representative.
What is the best part about your job? The satisfaction from making a customer happy! Customer Focus is a core value so it’s not only important to me but also the organization.
