STUFF WE MAKE

As one of the country’s largest catalog printers, Arandell’s 525,000 sq foot facility is headquartered out of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Annually Arandell will produce and mail over 1 billion catalogs! These catalogs serve many different markets including fashion, outdoor retail, food & beverage, and many more. Arandell continues expanding its work mix to include other types of printed material such as direct mail to support its growing client base further.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High school diploma, currently going to MATC for business management; expected graduation 2023

What do you do on a day-to-day basis at your job? I currently work in the Bindery at Arandell, so I feed pockets and make sure the team and machine is performing. I also assist the Staffing Coordinator with scheduling.

How did you arrive at your current position? What was your professional or career path? Staying consistent, getting to work on time and having good communication skills has helped me to advance in my career. Starting as a backup coordinator and growing to be a dependable level 2 trainer.

What is the best part about your job? It’s consistent, there is room for growth, great Apprenticeship Program, good energy and an overall positive work environment.
